Rate:               £18.50 phr UMB

Start Date:      ASAP

Duration:        Temporary to permanent

Hours:             Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

 

Our client, a specialist domestic abuse charity in Nottinghamshire, are looking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their team.

 

Synopsis of Duties:

  • To support the HR officer and head of HR in maintaining all admin systems within the HR Function.
  • To ensure employee documentation is accurately updated – salary changes, changes to contract, absences, etc.
  • To monitor, manage and respond to HR shared mailbox.
  • To Case holds low level HR cases – flexible working requests, occupation health referrals, mcternity, etc
  • Responsible for processing monthly payroll from start to end.
  • To support with recruitment including the management of vacancy inbox, assisting with interviews and new starter paperwork.
  • To provide first point of contact for staff learning and development enquiries.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working in HR in a similar position.
  • Exoeruebce supporting with recruitment, payroll and onboarding new starters
  • Basic DBS.
