Data Analyst & Administration Officer

Role:                Data Analyst & Administration Officer
Location:          Buckinghamshire
Hours:              37 hours per week
Salary:             £31,500
Start Date:       ASAP
Duration:          Temp to Perm / Permanent
Essential:         Proven experience in data management and analysis

Our client is a specialist support service for women and children affected by domestic abuse. They deliver a wide range of refuge and outreach services and require a skilled data professional to strengthen service delivery and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Extract, clean, and validate data from case management systems
• Monitor data quality and provide meaningful reports for managers, commissioners, and trustees
• Analyse service trends, risks, and outcomes to inform improvement and funding bids
• Train and support staff on data entry and reporting processes
• Provide administrative support to managers, trustees, and frontline services
• Maintain effective office systems and ensure smooth day-to-day running of operations
• Support recruitment processes and organisational administration
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, confidentiality, and safeguarding protocols

Requirements:
• Strong skills in data management, analysis, and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive client data
• Experience producing reports for varied audiences (funders, senior leaders, commissioners)
• Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
• Positive, approachable, and collaborative working style
• DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle would be advantageous
