Role: Complex Needs Support Worker

Salary: £29,000 rising to £30,000 after 12 months

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Temp to Perm | Permanent

Shifts: 8:30am-4:30pm / 12pm-8pm on a four-week rota

Our client, a specialist supported housing provider, is looking to recruit a Complex Needs Support Worker to join a developing service in Bristol.

You will support single adults experiencing homelessness and a range of additional needs, providing practical and person-centred support to help them maintain their accommodation, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

Working with a caseload of approximately 10 clients, you will provide support both within accommodation and across the local community.

Duties will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload
  • Developing support plans and completing risk and needs assessments
  • Supporting clients with housing, finances, benefits, health and independent living
  • Working collaboratively with external agencies
  • Supporting clients to maintain accommodation and work towards positive move-on
  • Managing safeguarding concerns and maintaining accurate case records

Previous experience within homelessness or supported housing would be beneficial, although candidates with relevant transferable experience supporting vulnerable adults will also be considered.

A full UK driving licence is essential due to travel across Bristol.
