Based:            Remote – occasional travel to Camberwell

Rate:               £14.50ph PAYE or £18.50ph umb

Start Date:      ASAP

Duration:       Short term temp through to 16th October

Our client is looking for short-term administrative support during a busy reporting cycle, helping to ensure that information is accurately transferred, recorded and maintained within reporting spreadsheets.

The role will primarily involve inputting data from existing audit, monitoring and reporting documents into Excel trackers, checking information for accuracy and completeness, and supporting the team to meet reporting deadlines.

 We are looking for someone who can…….

  • Input data accurately and efficiently into Excel spreadsheets and reporting trackers.
  • Transfer information from audit tools, case management reports and other monitoring documents into the relevant reporting templates.
  • Check data for accuracy, completeness and consistency before it is entered.
  • Identify missing, unclear or inconsistent information and flag this to the relevant manager or team member.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date spreadsheets throughout the reporting cycle.
  • Follow agreed formatting, naming conventions and reporting requirements.
  • Support basic data quality checks, including identifying duplicate, missing or incomplete entries.
  • Assist with collating information from different teams or sources where required.
  • Ensure reporting deadlines and agreed timescales are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling information relating to staff, services and young people.
  • Provide other reasonable administrative support connected to the reporting cycle as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and entering information into spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work with numerical and written information.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and confidence raising queries when information is unclear.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Available immediately
